1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Acceptance Of Terms. By Accessing Or Using The KREYSET Website (The "Service"), You Agree To Be Bound By These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If You Do Not Agree, You Must Not Access Or Use The Service.

1.2 Eligibility. The Service Is Available To Users Who Are At Least Thirteen (13) Years Of Age, Or The Minimum Digital Consent Age In Their Jurisdiction, Whichever Is Higher. By Using The Service You Represent And Warrant That You Meet This Requirement.

1.3 Company Status. As Of 2026, KREYSET Is Currently Under The Production Stage And Is Not Yet A Formally Registered Legal Entity. All References To "KREYSET", "We", "Us", Or "Our" Refer To The KREYSET Project And Its Sole Founder. This Status May Change In The Future And These Terms May Be Updated Accordingly.

1.4 Scope Of Service. The Service Provides Informational Content, Product Announcements, User Account Functionality, Feedback Submission Mechanisms, And Related Features. Some Features Are Only Available To Signed-In Users.

1.5 Account Registration. To Access Certain Features You Must Create An Account. You Agree To (A) Provide Accurate, Current, And Complete Information, (B) Maintain And Promptly Update Your Account Information, (C) Maintain The Security Of Your Password, And (D) Accept All Risks Of Unauthorized Access To Your Account.

1.7 User-Generated Content. When You Submit Feedback, Suggestions, Messages, Or Any Other Content Through The Service ("User Content"), You Grant KREYSET A Worldwide, Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free, Perpetual, Irrevocable, Sublicensable, And Transferable License To Use, Reproduce, Modify, Adapt, Publish, Translate, Distribute, Perform, And Display Such User Content For Any Purpose Related To Operating, Improving, Or Promoting The Service.

1.8 Feedback Ownership. Any Feedback, Suggestions, Ideas Or Proposals You Provide To KREYSET Regarding The Service Or Any Future Product Is Non-Confidential And May Be Used By KREYSET Without Attribution Or Compensation.

1.9 Third-Party Services. The Service May Contain Links To Third-Party Websites Or Services That Are Not Owned Or Controlled By KREYSET. KREYSET Has No Control Over And Assumes No Responsibility For The Content, Privacy Policies, Or Practices Of Any Third-Party Websites Or Services.
